Please do not include the poem in your post, particularly if it is a long one. One of the employees will contact you and you may send them your poem via private message. Once you have been contacted, please change the answer of the last question on your application to YES.

If you would like to be a library employee, post here, and you will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. The number of employees will be determined by the number of applications. The job of an employee is to read submitted poems and send me a private message including your impressions of the poem. Please read the poems as if you are a review, but not as harsh.

Employees must apply to have their poems put in the library, and they cannot approve themselves. Another employee must approve them. And if there is a poem that you do not think that you can fairlyy judge on if it is good for whatever reason (length, subgenre), then do not send the person a PM. With the exception of this case, contact the first person who applied that has not yet changed their response to yes (the have you been contacted yet question).
