As we seem to all be writers on here, I figured that I would ask about Nanowrimo.

How many people did it this year? If you did participate, did you win?

If you look at my profile picture, you can see that I was among those who were successful in reaching 50,000 words this november. I actually end up with (according to the Nano validator, which gave me three extra words) 50,038.

I'm not sure what you mean by "got by." But Yes, I think it was enough, with 135 words extra after 50k to cover any strange spacing that happened accidentally. i mean, I have typos, but not that many words are separated from each other that should be one word.

Heh, heh. Well, I can tell you what it was supposed to be about.

Like many of her fellow servants to the king, Constance was born on
a farm. Her family was (and still is) poor, and, being the oldest
daughter, she was sent to make money as a maid in the castle.
She started as a scullery maid, but her beauty caught the king's eye, and he picked her to be his personal servant.
Unfortunately, he also took her as a mistress. Him being the king, she couldn't refuse.
Now, she wants the king dead, and will want her wish to come true
even more when a quite unexpected surprise arrives in her life.
It looks as though I've been sticking to that plot pretty well so far. I have not gotten to the "unexpected surprise" quite yet. Oh wait, yes I have! *faceplam* That was probably the biggest part of the entire book!!! Well, not really, because that is not the climax, but it is the biggest part so far.
And there is many things that are NOT in that description. That is pretty much what happens in part 1 of my story. I am not giving any details for part two away though. Very Happy Let's just say, there is a lot of murder plotting that my characters are doing. But I think lthat Constance needs to have an actual in depth plan of how to kill the king.
But before I go and start killing characters off, I have to show exactly how much the king hates his wife. :DYeah, I've got a TON of plot left.

... I'm not really sure if I want to share my story with people publicly. I've sent it to two of my close friends through email but... I'm not sure if I want to post it online.

Besides, I don't have chapters. There is not any sort of break until 47,000 words, when part 1 ends.

Okay, done! Woohoo! There are quite a bit of typos though, and a few spots where I typed something like RAWR or ARRGHHHH or SALGHFASDLKHFLASJHDLFHSADL;HFDSKBVBSKLHFOSJDLKHF because I was frustrated at not being able to spell a word right. And there is a bolded paragraph of blabber that I typed when I was falling asleep and didn't even realize that I was typing. There were thoughts running thorough my head at that time, and I only typed half of them, and did not have them actually in sentences so...

I only kept that because it's entertaining.

It was really good, Roni. I feel honored that you sent it to me to read. sunny

But you're right, there really is no place to stop for chapters. I just kept reading, and reading, and reading (it was SO good) then was surprised when it was the end--not the actual end, but the end of what you sent me.

I hope you're still continuing to write it. I really want to study the rest.

(That smiley's meant to be read, BTW. In the little box it says "study")

I'm glad that you liked it.

Actually, I told you that I'd send it before I knew what I was doing; I planned on editing it first at least a little.

But I'm glad that I sent it to you. Very Happy

Yeah, it was for nano, so it had to be 50,000 words. I never finished it, by the way. I intend to... sometime. It will probably end up twice as long as it is now.

This past year, NY Asian Escort special interest groups that are opposed to

Weighing these two arguments, I ny asian escort prefer to the latter one. In my eyes, ny asian escorts though “the moonlight clan” may acquire temporary satisfaction from their consumption, in ny escorts the long term, it is unfavorable to their family and career. Just as a proverb says, one should ny escort always prepare for a rainy day.

The main problem with amending new york asian escorts the Reptiles of
legislation so soon after its inception is that it has not been given enough time to do its job. The current
sufficient in that it mandates secure new york asian escort
for Reptiles of Concern, requires each Reptile of Concern to be microchipped so it can be tracked, and requires an
of each Reptile of Concern be kept by the breeder. new york escorts
a yearly permit fee (on top of the fee that is already paid to exhibit reptiles and amphibians for sale) is
is a large deterrent to any irresponsible individual who may want to purchase a large constrictor.
